With over 25 years of experience in interior design, architecture and construction, Rita Scholz is known best for integrating architecture with interior design, working as a team with the client, architect and builder. With strong knowledge in all aspects of design, architecture and construction, Scholz offers clients a “complete package” of interior design, including space planning, lighting, overall interior/exterior detailing in addition to interior surfaces, accessories and furnishings. Amelia Island’s first Interior Design firm. Scholz’s strong understanding of architecture and interior design provides the builder/developer with an ‘edge’ in the overall construction project. Specializing in either redesigning existing properties or enhancing the ones that fall short of consumers’ expectations, Scholz promises to deliver a complete package for clients. With a strong background in textiles, Rita enjoys the challenges of creating unique design solutions for clients that seek a sophisticated signature interior. With a new business opportunity found in “The Master Suite”, a luxury bed and bath studio, Scholz now has access to the finest of European and American linens to further pamper her clients.
